Taxo: search visibility up 590% in nine months, for an accounting firm and its P.S.A. guide
Biuro Rachunkowe TAXO is an accounting firm from Poznań. Its accountants also run Prosta-spolka.pl, a guide to setting up and running a simple joint-stock company (P.S.A.). We took over the search visibility of both sites in May 2024 and turned it around within months.

The challenge
Two sites, one team of accountants: taxo-acc.pl sells accounting, payroll and controlling, and Prosta-spolka.pl answers the questions founders of a P.S.A. ask before they need an accountant. Both live on search traffic.
Before we started, neither was moving the right way. In Senuto, taxo-acc.pl had stood at around 40 for more than half a year, and Prosta-spolka.pl had fallen from about 345 to about 210 between October and December 2023.
What we built
- A content plan for both sites built on what people search for, from accounting services to the questions founders ask about a P.S.A.
- Existing pages refreshed and new ones written, each with a clear answer in the first lines and the current rules.
- Pages that keep their impressions but lose clicks found and reworked, a likely sign of an AI answer above them.
- Every page tracked after publication, week by week.
How it works
- Our AI engine studies Google’s top results for each page and checks the claims, and our editors edit and check every text.
- Taxo’s accountants approve each text before it goes live.
- Each change is measured in Search Console for 28 days before and after, and the results land in Taxo’s reports in Firecrux Digital Intelligence.
Results
taxo-acc.pl: visibility in Senuto rose from about 46 when we signed in May 2024 to about 315 in February 2025, up 590% in nine months. The climb started in August 2024 and kept going month after month.
Prosta-spolka.pl: the fall stopped, and visibility grew from about 280 at signing to a peak of about 690 in December 2024 and about 645 in February 2025, up 130%.
Since then, Google’s AI Overviews have started answering tax questions above the results. We explain what that changes in how AI answers pick their sources.
