These terms cover two things: using firecrux.com with its free features, and our paid Firecrux services. If we sign an agreement with you, the agreement comes first and these terms fill in what it does not cover.
Firecrux is run by GREENLOGIC Sp. z o.o., ul. Podwale 1/99, 50-043 Wrocław, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000602965, VAT ID PL8943073554. You can reach us at [email protected].
Part 1. Using firecrux.com
What the site offers
On firecrux.com we provide these services by electronic means, free of charge:
- information about our products, use cases and articles, with a site search;
- contact, inquiry and calculator forms;
- a chat with our AI assistant, which can pass your question to our team;
- a newsletter with product updates and new use cases;
- free website checks;
- a download of the Firecrux for WordPress plugin.
What you need
An internet connection and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled. Forms and the newsletter also need an email address. Some features save small pieces of data in your browser, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Start and end
An agreement for a given service starts when you begin to use it and ends when you stop: when you leave the page, close the chat or receive our answer. The newsletter runs until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time, free of charge, with the link in every email.
Rules of use
When you use the site, do not:
- provide unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others;
- disrupt the site, try to break its security, or send malicious software through it;
- use the chat, forms or free website checks in an automated or mass way, or overload them;
- enter other people's personal data without a legal basis to do so.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Prices, calculators and chat answers
Prices on the site, calculator results and chat answers are information. They are not an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to start talks (Art. 71). Only our written offer or a signed agreement binds us. Chat answers come from an AI assistant and may contain mistakes; when something matters, ask our team to confirm it.
Free website checks
The checks read public pages of the website you enter and show what they find, as is. Treat the results as guidance, not as a full audit. Check websites you own or manage, or public information you are entitled to review.
Our content and brand
Texts, graphics and code on the site belong to GREENLOGIC Sp. z o.o. or are used under license. The Firecrux name and logo are our marks. You may quote and share our articles with a link to the source. Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear on the site with their permission.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Complaints
If something does not work as it should, write to [email protected] and tell us what happened and how to reach you. We reply within 14 days.
Part 2. Firecrux services
What we provide
Firecrux X-Ray QC, Firecrux CDP, Firecrux Automation and Firecrux Digital Intelligence, including Firecrux for WordPress plans and the Individual plan, together with the work of our team: proofs of concept, implementation, development, support and SEO services. Our paid services are for businesses.
How we agree
Most services start with our written offer and an agreement. Firecrux for WordPress plans you can also buy online, in the plugin or the Client Portal. The scope, price and timing come from the offer, the agreement or the plan you choose.
Fees and payment
Prices are net, plus VAT where it applies. We issue invoices, including through the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) where the law requires it. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days, and online plans are paid in advance by card through Stripe. Late payments carry statutory interest for commercial transactions and compensation for recovery costs, under the Polish Act of 8 March 2013 on counteracting excessive delays in commercial transactions.
Firecrux for WordPress plans
- Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel in one click in the plugin's Settings or the Client Portal. You keep the service until the end of the period you paid for.
- A monthly plan changes from the next month. On a yearly plan you can move up at any time, paying the difference, and move down at renewal.
- Within 14 days of your first plan payment you can get a full refund in one click, even after we have delivered work.
- Once paid for, everything we deliver is yours to use, edit and publish anywhere.
- We work carefully, but no one can promise positions in Google, so we do not guarantee rankings or traffic.
Your part
- Give us accurate information and the access we need, on time.
- Use our services lawfully. When you use them to process data about your customers or visitors, for example in a CDP, you are responsible for having a legal basis and, where needed, their consent.
- Keep your login details safe and tell us at once if someone else may be using your account.
- Review content and changes we prepare before you publish them.
Personal data
When we process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, and it becomes part of our agreement. How we handle our own contacts with you is described in our Privacy Policy.
Rights to software and results
The Firecrux software, the AIRE engine, our code and know-how stay ours. For the time of the agreement you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them as agreed. Your data stays yours. Results made for you, such as reports, texts and configurations, are yours once paid. We may use anonymized, aggregated statistics to improve our services.
Availability and support
We aim for our services to run without interruptions and tell you about planned maintenance in advance. Guaranteed availability and support times apply only if they are set out in your agreement.
Confidentiality
We keep confidential what we learn about your business while working together, and we expect the same from you about our software and offers. This does not apply to information that is public or that the law requires us to disclose.
References
We may name you as our client and show your logo on our site and in our materials. If you do not want this, tell us and we will stop.
Liability
Each side is liable for damage it causes, under Polish law. Except for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for lost profits. Neither side is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
End of the agreement
The agreement or the plan sets how it ends. After it ends, you can export your data for 30 days; then we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
Part 3. General
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes between businesses go to the court competent for our registered office. If you are a consumer, or a sole trader protected like one, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
We may change these terms. We publish every change here with a new date, and if it affects a service you use, we tell you by email at least 14 days in advance. If you do not accept the change, you may end the service before it takes effect.
