Firecrux undertakes to ensure that your data and your privacy is protected. This also gives you access to information processed about you. To delete your data or email address from our mailing lists, fill out the form below. You can also send a notification to find out what data we process about you.
Data download
In order to download your data, you must submit an application by entering your email address, then after confirming the received message, you will receive a message from Firecrux with your data to your email address. The data which you can download is only the data that we process as an administrator. These are data collected by using cookies, e-mail addresses of our subscribers, data generated via contact forms on our website.
If you purchased our service, you cannot download processed Firecrux data. In this case, we process the data not on our own behalf, but on behalf of the client. When you want to download firecrux processing data on behalf of your client, you must contact our client directly and provide the client’s name and website. You will receive your data in the attachment to the e-mail address provided within a few days. For more information, check our privacy policy.
Data deletion
In order to delete your data, you must submit an application specifying your email address, then after confirming the received message, you will receive an email from Firecrux asking you to confirm the data removal request.
The data which you can delete is only the data which we process as an administrator. These are data collected using cookies, the email addresses of our subscribers and data generated via contact forms on our website. The data you want to delete is processed by the Firecrux administrator. There is also data processed to personalize the website, employment and direct marketing. Data processed on behalf of our clients cannot be deleted.
When you want to delete processing data through Firecrux on behalf of your client, you must contact our client directly and provide the client’s name and website. For more information, check our privacy policy.

When you want to renounce of sending emails, apply by entering your e-mail address.
