To download your data, submit a request with your email address. After you confirm the message we send, you will receive your data by email. You can download only the data we process as an administrator: data collected through cookies, the email addresses of our subscribers and data sent through contact forms on our website.
If you bought our service, the data Firecrux processes on behalf of your client cannot be downloaded here. In that case, contact our client directly and give us the client's name and website. For more information, see our privacy policy.
Data deletion
To delete your data, submit a request with your email address. After you confirm the message we send, we will ask you to confirm the deletion. You can delete only the data we process as an administrator. Data processed on behalf of our clients cannot be deleted here; contact our client directly.
