Euro Industry: three X-ray machines programmed with us, running on 14 licenses of Firecrux X-Ray QC
Euro Industry, a Polish company from Szczecin and Słupsk, builds machinery for salmon processing and fish farming. We have worked together since 2018. Together we programmed its X-ray inspection machines, the ES 450, ES 600 and ES 800, and each of them runs Firecrux X-Ray QC under a license: 14 so far.

The challenge
A machine maker that adds X-ray inspection to its line needs more than a detector: it needs software that tells a contaminant from the product, product after product, and acts on it.
Building our AI into the machines from the start lets the AI decision drive the work around it, instead of being bolted onto a scanner made by someone else.
What we built
- Three X-ray inspection machines programmed together, the ES 450, ES 600 and ES 800, with Firecrux X-Ray QC inside.
- A server application for the machines: a live control panel with switches, counters and reject statistics, a live view of the images served straight from each machine, an image browser with search and actions, and user permissions with an audit trail.
- The research that started it: Euro Industry rented us its X-ray lab, licensed by the National Atomic Energy Agency, for our work on AI contaminant detection.
How it works
- Every machine runs Firecrux X-Ray QC under its own license, with the detection models proven on the Milarex lines.
- The AI decision drives the reject, not only a stop of the line.
- Model updates and detection statistics for every machine come from one place.
Results
- 14 licenses of Firecrux X-Ray QC sold to Euro Industry for its machines.
- Three machine types, from the ES 450 to the ES 800, on the same software.
What comes next
A new prototype X-ray scanner, designed around our AI from day one, to automate far more of a factory’s work than finding contaminants.
The prototype X-ray scanner we are developing with Euro Industry, built around Firecrux X-Ray QC.

Greenlogic provided the most effective and innovative system using AI to detect contamination on X-ray images for our scanning devices. We are extremely pleased with the cooperation.Jerzy Malek, CEO of Euro Industry
