Firecrux Automation

Greenlogic: a company run on AI agents, from analysis and accounting to code, with people approving the decisions

Greenlogic is the Polish software house that builds Firecrux. Before we offered agentic automation to clients, we rebuilt our own company around it: analyses, reports, content, technical audits, contracts, accounting and our own programming now start with an agent, and people step in to decide and approve. Firecrux Automation is what came out of it.

Greenlogic: How we rebuilt our own company around AI agents: analyses, reports, content, accounting, KSeF invoices and code start with an agent, and people approve.

The challenge

A small team serving many clients. Every client wants analyses, reports, content and fixes every week, and every client brings offers, contracts, invoices and the occasional payment reminder.

Hiring a person for each of those would have made us bigger, not better. We wanted software to do the preparation and people to keep the decisions.

Analysis and reporting

  • Agents pull data from Search Console, Analytics, server logs, keyword and visibility tools, find what changed and draft the weekly and monthly report for each client.
  • Every number in the text is counted the same way as the chart next to it, so a client never reads one figure and sees another.
  • Technical issues are confirmed on the live page the same day, written in plain language for the client’s marketing team, and land in the Client Portal with a test that closes them once fixed.
  • Server logs sort real search and AI bots from fakes, and the analytics setup of every client is checked against its specification.

Content

  • Agents study the top search results for each topic, draft new articles and improvements to old ones, and check every claim against sources.
  • Six scouts go through each article and leave suggestions where they belong: a new section, a rewrite, a fact check, a link, a bold phrase, an editorial note.
  • The client approves each suggestion one by one in the Client Portal, and every change is measured in Search Console for 28 days before and after.
  • The same engine writes titles and descriptions for thousands of pages and refreshes the ones that start to slip.

The back office

  • Offers and contracts drafted from a client’s brief and our templates.
  • Invoices issued and sent to KSeF, the Polish national e-invoicing system, and cost invoices pulled from it.
  • Payments matched to invoices, and reminders prepared for the ones that are late.
  • All of it in the Owner view of Firecrux: contracts, invoices and each client’s details side by side.

Programming

  • Agents write code, tests, database migrations and documentation across the whole platform, from the Java backend to the Python workers and the React panel.
  • Every change goes through a review for bugs and security, and agents check the API for gaps between clients before a person does.
  • Our developers decide what gets merged and what goes to production. Nothing deploys itself.
  • This website was built the same way: its pages, its blog and these use cases were researched, written and checked by agents, and approved by us.

How it works

  • One rule everywhere: an agent may read anything and prepare anything, but nothing that costs money, carries a signature or reaches a client goes out on its own.
  • Every agent explains what it did and why, and leaves a trail a person can check.
  • It runs on the platform we sell: Firecrux Automation for processes, Firecrux Digital Intelligence for analysis and content, Firecrux AIRE for decisions in real time. We describe where the line between agent and person sits in agents in the back office.

Results

  • The same team serves many more clients and spends its time on judgment, not on preparing the work.
  • Clients get reports, content and technical issues on a steady rhythm, each one checked by a person.
  • Every process we automated for ourselves became part of Firecrux, ready for clients.

What comes next

Taking the same model to our clients: their back office, reporting and content run by agents, with their own people approving.
