Hello, is it possible to schedule a notification and later change the date to a different one (assuming that the msg has not yet been sent)?

  Yes. As long as the message has not been sent, all settings can be changed. After scheduled time, editing is blocked, but you can duplicate the notification.

FAQ & Tech Spec

1What will happen after I cross subscribers limit??

Once you reach a subscriber limit, we will notify you and you’ll have to upgrade to a higher plan. This process will not prevent your users from subscribing to push notifications.

2What if I decide to move to a different provider in the future? Will I get access to subscriber IDs that opted-in for notifications?

Yes, we will let you keep your subscriber data (provided that you gave us your GCM/FCM configuration for Chrome implementation and Certificate details for Safari implementation at the time of setting up your account) and you can export the list easily. If you haven’t set your GCM/FCM configuration (at the time of account setup) or your website is not using our HTTPS integration setup, it would not be possible to export your subscribers.

3Is there a possibility to implement FIRECRUX on non-https websites?

FIRECRUX can be implemented on both http and https websites. The implementation is a little different but possible. In case of HTTP websites, we will provide you a branded HTTPS subdomain on our server, with a url structure https://yourdomain.firecrux.com. From the user side of view we will need to invoke additional browser window to open subdomain https://yourdomain.firecrux.com and subscribe the user to push notifications.

4Can I really send unlimited push notifications every month?

Yes you can. We offer unlimited messaging so you can communicate with your visitors without any limits.

5What payment methods are accepted?
